Fees & Refund Policy

At DAC Consultancy, we are committed to transparency, fairness and clarity in all financial transactions. Please read this policy before completing your registration or payment.

Course Fees

• All course and service fees are shown clearly at the time of registration or booking.
• Fees may vary depending on the course, delivery method and location.
• Some course materials (for example, hard-copy books) may cost extra.

Payments

• Full payment, or payment under an instalment plan agreed with our team, is required before course access is granted.
• You can pay through our secure online payment page (powered by Paystack), by bank transfer, by mobile money, or by another method approved by our team.
• Deposits and instalments count as payments under this policy.
• Making a payment confirms that you have read and accept this policy.

Refunds

1. When a refund can be considered

You can request a refund only if both of the following apply:

• You have not accessed any course materials, videos, the learning portal or any of our services.
• No IOSH examination booking has been confirmed for you.

2. Administrative costs are always deducted

Part of every fee covers registration processing and external costs that DAC pays as soon as you register. These costs cannot be recovered, so a full refund is not possible. Where a refund is approved, these administrative costs are deducted, and we will tell you the amount deducted when we respond to your request.

3. When fees are non-refundable

No refund is available once:

• you have accessed or started the course, including the learning portal, videos or course materials; or
• you have confirmed an IOSH examination booking request. Exam bookings involve fees paid directly to IOSH, the awarding organisation, which cannot be recovered.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@darkuconsult.com with your full name, the course, your payment receipt or reference, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within one business day and confirm in writing whether a refund is approved, the amount, and how it will be paid.
