Course Fees:
- All course and service fees are displayed clearly at the time of registration or booking.
- Fees may vary depending on the course type, delivery method, and location.
- Some course materials (e.g., hard-copy books) may attract additional costs.
Payments:
- Full payment — or an approved installment plan — is required before course access is granted.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved platforms.
- Payment confirms your acceptance of this policy.
Refund Policy:
- 1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are considered only if the learner has not accessed any course materials, videos, learning portal, or services.
- 2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Fees become non-refundable under the following conditions:
- Once the learner has accessed or commenced the course.
- Once administrative processing has begun (including costs DAC incurs immediately after registration).
- Once an IOSH examination booking request has been confirmed by the learner —
- Exam bookings trigger non-recoverable fees paid directly to IOSH AO; therefore, no refunds can be issued after this stage.
3. Administrative Costs
A full refund is not possible, even before course access, because a portion of the fee goes directly toward administrative procedures and external fees that cannot be reversed.
